Pre-commit hook

okulo hook install
# runs: okulo check --staged

Uninstall with okulo hook uninstall. If another hook already exists, integrate manually or use --force carefully.

CI / pull requests

okulo check --base origin/main -f markdown -o okulo-report.md
# exit 1 → fail the job / block merge

Post okulo-report.md as a PR comment. Ensure the checkout has enough Git history (not depth 1) for meaningful results.

Every analysis command supports -f json for agents and custom dashboards.

MCP (Claude Code & agents)

okulo mcp

Exposes Okulo over stdio as an MCP server so coding agents can call analyses as tools.

Opens an interactive multi-project UI on a free local port (tabs, maps, reports).
